As AYDEM RENEWABLE ENERGY INC, in the light of our vision and mission; we have been applying Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018) in order to use domestic and renewable resources in the most efficient way.
Within this scope, we undertake;
- To continue our Integrated Management System in the most effective manner,
- To manage our processes with risk based mindset,
- To work in order to meet expectations of related parties,
- To be a respectful organization to environment and sensitive to protection of the environment,
- To ensure efficient use of our resources,
- To reduce our waste, ensure recycling and prevent pollution,
- To take measures to minimize possible harmful results of accidents and emergencies which may occur during our activities, by acting with the principle of zero occupational accident and zero occupational disease,
- To give utmost importance to our contractors’, suppliers’ and employees’ health, safety and security,
- To get employees’ opinions and ensure their participation by encouraging multi directional communication,
- To work to achieve continuous improvement in the performance of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy efficiency,
- To choose products and services that are eco-friendly and that give importance to energy efficiency,
- To provide information, human resources, technology and financial resources which will ensure continuity of the Integrated Management System,
- To be a learning and continuously developing and sharing organization by maintaining continuity of training activities,
- In the fight against climate change, we aim to provide the necessary resources to protect biodiversity and natural ecosystems in our areas of operation,
- To apply and develop Integrated Management Systems and improve their efficiency continuously.
