Ayça Akgün Külak began her professional career in 2012 as an Auditor at Deloitte Türkiye, where she gained experience in audit and financial reporting. In 2015, she joined Aydem Enerji Group. Within the Group, she held various roles in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis, actively contributing to group consolidation, IFRS financial reporting, budget modeling, and financial analysis processes.Between 2019 and 2020, she served as Budget and Reporting Manager at GDZ Electricity Distribution and ADM Electricity Distribution. From 2020 to 2026, she continued in the same role at Gediz Retail. With extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis in the energy sector, Külak was appointed as Financial Affairs Director of Aydem Renewables as of April 2026.
