Corporate Governance Rating Report of our company has been published. Our first Capital Markets Board (CMB) Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Rating was announced in the report as 9.48 out of 10 full points.
The Corporate Governance Compliance Rating Score of our company Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji was determined as 9.48 in the rating report prepared by the SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri in order to rate the level of compliance with the "Corporate Governance Principles" published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) (SAHA Rating). Our company's first rating revealed that the Corporate Governance Principles published by the CMB were mostly followed. Our company was included in the Borsa Istanbul Corporate Governance Index (XKURY) with this score.
Taking into account the ratings based on the titles evaluated by SAHA Rating on a scale of 100 full points, our company, which received 91.6 points in the Shareholders section, achieved a significant success by receiving 98.76 points in the Public Disclosure and Transparency section, 99.24 points in the Stakeholders section, and 92.23 points in the Board of Directors.
The report, which is emphasized to be largely in compliance with the Corporate Governance Principles published by the CMB, states that public disclosure activities and transparency are at a high level in Aydem Yenilenebilir Enerji, the rights of shareholders and stakeholders are fairly observed and the structure and working conditions of the board of directors are in accordance with the corporate governance principles.
